The InnoQuant is a linear fluorescence scanner for quantitative fluorescence analysis.Equipped with 4 powerful lasers and very sensitive PMT detectors, it can scan up to 4 fluorescence channels simultaneously. Multiplexing is enhanced by a 7-position emission filter wheel on each detection channel. The laser power and PMT detection are kept stable during scanning, guaranteeing the same dye excitation and detection conditions throughout. Therefore, fluorescence difference in a sample is not due to instrument variations but to a real difference of biomarker expression. The InnoQuant does not use a camera to detect fluorescence, so there is no tiling or stitching process to reconstruct the images. The InnoQuant scanner will help you in your large-scale tissue or cell studies to localize multiple biomarkers on a single and intuitive process.
